Quality Policy
We aim to provide services that meet the requirements set by our Principals
and all mandatory and statutory bodies.
In doing so we aim to be our Principal’s “window” to the Philippines and to be a secure “home”
for our Seafarers and Staff.
In achieving our objectives we will not loose sight of our duties as good corporate citizens of the Philippines
Avior Marine Inc management is committed to proper implementation and execution of the Quality System and to a process of continuous improvement.
The Quality Objectives are
1. Provide qualified crew at the time needed by Principal.
2. To sign on properly documented crew as planned without delays.
3. To provide crew of the quality required by Principals
4. Assist Principals on improving retention rates
5. Actively monitor medical cases to expedite recovery of Seafarers.
6. To provide services that satisfy Principals and Seafarers.

Quality Objectives – Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
1. Availability
Qualified Crew to be available in time to meet Principal Requirements.
At least 99% of crew requirements known at least 14 days in advance to be met (6 months average)
2. Succesful Crew Operations
Crew changes to be completed with crew signing on as planned.
At least 99% of all crewchanges undertaken should be completed succesful.(6 months average)
3. Quality Crew
Crew for re-employment with Principal.
At least 99.5% of crew on board reported without NRE status on a monthly basis (6 months average)
4. Crew Retention
Percentage of crew on board who have sailed with Principal before.
Officers : at least 90% within 18 months from New Principal joining
Ratings : at least 80% within 18 months from New Principal joining
5. P&I Management
Healthy Crew : percentage of crew Fit to Work.
At least 98% of crew should be Fit to Work.
Medical Repatriations : percentage of repatriations for medical reasons.
Below 2% of total repatriations (6 months average)
6. Customer Satisfaction
Number of valid Customers (Principals and Seafarers) complaints (excl NRE) in relation to number of crew on board.Below 0.3 % of total crew on board (6 months average)
