VACANCY CREW SUPERVISOR

VACANCY - CREWING SUPERVISOR

To accommodate expansion we are looking for an experienced Crewing Supervisor with the potential to grow into a Fleet Manager role to join our dynamic operations team.

WE LOOK FOR:

•Familiar with crew documentation
•Knowledge in Maritime Policies, Rules and Regulations both local and international
•Experience in crew change planning beginning to end
•Excellent Communication skills and proven record management skills
•Proficiency in microsoft applications word/excel
•Strong problem solving and analytical and customer service orientation
•Experience managing a small team.
•Must be able to work independent and be pro-active in taking action.
•Able to handle pressure on a daily basis
•Ambition to grow to a higher level and willingness to learn.

WE OFFER

•first class working environment
•13/14th month 
•private medical insurance and other benefits
•On the job training and additional management training as required 
•Regular position upon successful completion of probationary period (min three months)
